Shipping Information

- Shipping is only currently available in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
- Our only courier is the Royal Mail
- We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 days
- Through Royal Mail we expected delivieries to take 2-3 working days however this can take longer due to unexpected delays
- We offer free shipping to all orders over £80
- If you have not received your parcel contact us at "E-MAIL" and please check your local post office for uncollected items. If the item is missing we will follow the Royal Mail procedure for lost parcels

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancelling an Order
To cancel your order you must contact us before your order has been posted. If your order has been posted then we will be unable to cancel your order. Instead you will have to return your order. To return your order send the package to the return address without the package being opened. Once the order has been returned to our warehouse we will issue you a refund for your order. We will not be able to refund you for the shipping costs of sending the package back to our warehouse. You will recieve your refund within 5 workings days of the payment being processed. However it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show on your card depending on your payment provider.

KpopByU may also cancel your order if we notice suspicious activity. You will recieve a full refund and your order will not be shipped.

Refunds
You may recieve a refund on your order as long as they are kept in the original condition they were received in. We request that you record when opening your package so if there is any damaged items we can be refunded appropriately. If you don't record a video of you opening your package we cannot verify the condition of your products. For our photocard items we do not accept refunds as we can not confirm their euthenticity. For minor rips in outer packaging of products we will not offer refunds. If you notice damage to your products while recording a video we suggest you don't open that product so it is kept in its most original condition for us to sell as sealed damage stock. For refunds you will be required to return the item to our warehouse. We will refund you on the original cost of your order, which does not include the cost of shipping the order to our warehouse which the customer will be responsible for.
If you are buying from our damaged stock these items are non refundable.
